Hiring a contractor can often be stressful and feel like a venture into the unknown. With Dean’s Connection you can put any fears and/or apprehensions behind you. Dean Raney is an exceptionally talented, personable, and knowledgeable electrician who takes the time to explain the job to the customer. He is timely and trustworthy.  I was immediately impressed with the beautiful job of careful wiring they were doing when they hung Monitors on our school’s wall and created outlets that connected our system info.  All the work was done very neatly and carefully, documented as it was done. They were amazing installing our new system.  Dean has returned several times to add and to upgrade our equipment.  He has always been on time, and he responds quickly to calls and emails.  Dean does not just work days.  He has come to our school late in the evenings and on the weekends to fix our Wi-Fi and teacher interface systems.   I could not feel better about Dean’s capability, work ethic, and general knowledge of his craft.  He is not only a hard working Technician, but someone whose advice on how to proceed with a project should be highly respected.

Dean was a true God send...

Dean was a true God send to me and my office.  The build-out of my new practice took 8 weeks longer than I was told it would take which left me in a huge budget crunch.  I am a father of 5 children and I had not been working for 4 months.  Dean went above and beyond to make sure that I would be able to open my practice and that it would be fully functional. electronically speaking, on day 1 and he delivered.  Not only did he deliver with that, he has been in multiple times since opening to help hide wires due to changes that the contractor made after my office was prepped with cables.  But, what I truly appreciated more than anything, was his calm confidence and helping me through one of the toughest time frames of my life.  He would check in on me to see how things were coming along and listen to me and then reassure me that everything was going to be fine and to have faith.  The fact that he would take time out of his day to make sure I was mentally and spiritually healthy means more to me than any of the work he did.  He not only cares about the quality of his work, which was top notch and on time, but he cares about the well being of the people he is working for.  I look forward to a long lasting business relationship with Dean's Connection.
